We would love you to come and worship the Living God with us at St Mark's Church. In some ways we are a church of contrasts. Some of us have lived in Stoke on Trent all of our lives. Some of us have come from the other side of the world. Most of us are over sixty, but a few of us are under ten, with a good smattering in between. We are a small church that gathers in a big building. In the most important way we are a church of one heart. That heart is to see God's kingdom break through into the lives of our families, friends and neighbours. Each Sunday, as part of our main worship, there is a Sunday School and crèche facilities are available. In addition to the weekly service of Holy Communion, a service of “All-Age Worship” is held on the last Sunday in each month, planned specifically with young families in mind. The ministry of healing is offered within the main Sunday service each month, and is also available on request. Worship Times:
In addition, the church is also open each Tuesday from 4.30pm to 5.30pm for
A prayer breakfast is held on the first Saturday of each month at 8:30 am.

About the Church BuildingStanding high on a hill, Saint Mark’s church acts as a Gateway to the Potteries Shopping Centre, the commercial and retail centre of the city of Stoke-on-Trent. The building was completed in 1834, enlarged in 1866, with original seating for 2,100 people. It was refurbished in the 1970’s and is currently undergoing another refurbishment to meet current needs.
