Introducing the Staff Team of Hanley Team Ministry.

keith

Revd. Preb. Keith Haywood has been Team Rector of the Hanley Team since May 2001. As well as the oversight of the five churches in the Hanley Team Ministry, he is on the governing body of both Church Aided schools in the parish (Chair & Vice Chair), and serves on the Board of Trustees for N.Staffs YMCA.

He is married to Annette, and they have three adult sons, three gorgeous daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. He enjoys playing squash, walking, swimming, cycling (mainly around the parish), reading, wine-making (and drinking it!). He enjoys most sports as a spectator, but his main love is rugby (mainly union, but doesn't mind watching league on occasions).

Keith's vision is: To share the love of Jesus - to encourage the faithful - to grow God's kingdom.

His passion is for Christians to be fully engaged with their local communities and he currently Chairs the Cobridge Community Centre Association and is a Trustee of the Stoke-on-Trent Citizens Advice Bureau and of Brighter Futures Housing Association. Rod is committed to the growth of God's people with special interests in developing the church as a healing community and deepening the spiritual life of the people. He has the misfortune to be a Port Vale season ticket holder and enjoys conversation, poetry and politics.

Margaret Barber

Lay Reader Margaret Barber says: "I have been worshipping in the Hanley Team Ministry since November 2001 and was licensed as a Reader in January 2004 which I enjoy very much.

Spending time with my family is also very important to me and with an ever growing family with five grandchildren it keeps me quite busy.

Three days a week I work at the Citizens Advice Bureau as an Administration Officer in the training department where I have worked for nearly 10 years now."
