Those of us who meet at Holy Trinity Church look forward to welcoming you to worship with us. We enjoy our singing, and the organ is often joined by other instruments during the service: cornet, oboe, violin and keyboard provided by our talented young people. We come from a range of backgrounds and places, and aim to be open and welcoming to all.
Worship Times:
- Sunday: 9.30am - Eucharist
- Thursday: 9am - Morning Prayer
10am - Eucharist
The church building is also open on Saturdays during the summer from 10am - 4pm.

About the Church Building
The building of Holy Trinity Church, with its prominent, landmark spire, nestled in the community of the terraced housing that it serves, was completed in 1849. In the 1970s the deep graveyard, now in the care of the local authority, was filled by the City Council to the level of the surrounding land and the existing graves covered over. In 1993 Holy Trinity was made a grade 2 listed building and in 1996 an application for a grant towards necessary repairs was made to English Heritage. Work started in January 2006 and was officially finished in August 2006. The work included the replacement of rotten roof trusses and rafters, tiles, woodwork in the tower, replastering of inner walls and the renewal of the electricity circuits. This has been done due the sterling, untiring work of Mr. Bernard Perry. The second phase including disabled facilities, a hearing loop system and kitchen facilities need to be started in the near future.
